What We’re Looking For

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to contact cold leads and book qualified meetings for our experienced closers. You’ll be reaching out to prospects from scraped data, introducing them to our cutting-edge email marketing platform, and identifying those who are interested in learning more. Your focus is on generating interest and booking meetings for the closers, who will then take over and manage the rest of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects from provided data lists to introduce them to our platform and services.

  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers, ask qualifying questions, and determine their fit for our services.

  • Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team (closers) to further discuss our solutions with qualified leads.

  • Lead Management: Keep track of lead interactions and progress in the CRM, ensuring a smooth handoff to the closer.

  • Meeting Targets: Hit or exceed weekly and monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and leads qualified.

  • Collaborating with Closers: Work closely with closers to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to closing the deal.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have experience in a similar role, preferably in outbound sales or cold calling, is a plus but not required.

  • Have confidence on the phone and can quickly establish rapport with potential clients.

  • Drive and persistence. Cold calling requires resilience and determination. We need someone who thrives on meeting targets and is excited by the challenge of booking qualified meetings.

  • A goal-oriented mindset. You’re motivated by the potential for high earnings through commissions and are focused on achieving your goals.

  • Strong Organisational skills. Able to manage your leads and follow up consistently while keeping the CRM updated.

  • Comfortability when working with CRM systems and sales tools (experience with Close CRM or similar software is a plus too).
