Purpose of Position

We’re looking for a consultative Account Executive to help brands increase visibility in online communities and AI-driven discovery channels. Our platform helps companies strengthen their presence in the places where buyers research solutions and where LLM tools source recommendations.

This position is ideal for a salesperson who runs structured discovery conversations, evaluates opportunity quality, and confidently guides buyers through a clear decision process.

Key Responsibilities

Run The Full Sales Cycle

  • Lead prospects from discovery through closing conversations

  • Maintain deal momentum with clear next steps

Conduct consultative discovery

  • Understand buyer goals and growth priorities

  • Evaluate whether opportunities align with our ideal customer profile

Lead the sales process

  • Guide buyers through a structured evaluation process

  • Align stakeholders on decision criteria and timelines

Communicate value

  • Position the platform as a strategic growth channel

  • Address questions and objections with confidence

Manage pipeline

  • Prioritize high-quality opportunities

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in a closing sales role (SaaS, martech, or agency sales preferred)

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle from initial meeting to closing.

  • Sales Methodology: Strong understanding and practical application of modern sales methodologies.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate business value and ROI.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, and forecasting tools. High comfort level demoing complex software solutions.
